The Jordan McNicholl Benefit Fund was established by "The Friends of Jordan McNicholl" in July 2004 to help Jordan cope with a lifetime of cost burdens. Jordan faces not only general living costs we all face, but those associated with the complications associated with SCI. (See "Spinal Cord Injury: Facts and Figures At A Glance."

Assistance from this fund will continue to help improve Jordan's quality of life. Over his lifetime, for various reasons, Jordan's needs for care, adaptive equipment and home modifications will change. Proceeds from the fund enable Jordan to get the care and equipment he needs to live a healthy, independent and fulfilling life with his SCI, as an integral and valued member of the community.
